Shipping policy


Orders are normally processed, shipped, and delivered within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders received after 6 pm will be confirmed the next business day.

Currently, orders only ship within the US. Shipping outside the United States is not available at this time.

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. 

Our priority is to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, there are times when occurrences happen outside our control, such as a high volume of orders or carrier delays. If any delays occur causing your order to not arrive within 10 business days, we will notify you immediately via the email used to place your order.

For express shipping, orders $125 and above ship for free.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pkfreshklothing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use carriers such as USPS and UPS to deliver our orders. These carriers only deliver to their P.O. Boxes. To ensure timely delivery, please only provide valid street addresses.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Exception:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at pkfreshklothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please inspect your order upon reception as notifications of damaged or missing item(s) 2 days after confirmed delivery will not be accepted.
