How can I contact you?

You can chat with us, email us, or submit the contact form below.

What are your shipping details?

Orders are processed, shpped, and delivered within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Currently orders only ship within the US.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. But perhaps one day soon. :)

Are all your clothing unisex?

Most of our clothing is unisex. For items designed specifically for men or women, this will be indicated at the beginning of the product title with "Men's Cut" or "Women's Cut".

Do you have clothing available in kids sizes?

We sure do! Go to Available for Kids to see pieces available in kids sizes.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Exception:

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pkfreshlothing@gmaill.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition and we will address it case-by-case.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account or with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you run into any issues, please contact us.
